If There Is An April Tournament

I looked at the poll and the general consensus (spelling?) seems to be that we have a 7/0 ratio right now (7 being yes 0 being no) for doing the tournament. If there is an April tournament and that first number continues to stay ahead of the second number I will participate in the tournament and follow through as long as we stay alive in it. Unfortunately though right now the clan only has about 4 or 5 experienced clan war players. To fix this I want you to brainstorm suggestions on how to improve other members teamwork / clan war ability. Mike has already come up with some plans but I want to see what the rest of you think.

 

Alright well I'm glad Dave brought this up. Because the 4 or 5 of us have a lot of experience cw'ing I was thinking we could take a select few and teach them the ways of cw(So to speak). Since a lot of teaming in CWNA is based differently. Our clan has two teams that are probably the most effective that I've seen used.

Phil and Andy- Their teaming is based basically on a distraction and spam. Phil being the bf pro that he is, can tank like no other. Andy can aim and plain knows how to play on a high skill level that others have not seen or are not used to.

Myself and Dave-Our teaming is based completely on out playing our opponent. As said by others my aim "Is like the second coming of Jesus" (Someone actually said that I laughed so hard) and Dave can beast on call, his aim when warmed and such is right up there with mine. Basically what we do is aim to kill.(Literally) Our sword skills may not be amazing but our aim makes up for it.


Thus with those two types of teaming we could take say for example 4 players. And have them watch the two teams tdm each other. Switching between teams to see how it works. Then after they 4 have grown a custom to the teaming they would then be challenged by us 4. And when 2v2 skills are learned we will teach the basics of 3v3 and 4v4.

Just an idea I had since alot of us are off doing other stuff.

Another notable team is Andy + Me (Dave) - Andy has a tendency to bitch and complain about ping but he can hit a shot on any ping as high as like 500. He's also a very good tank and tends to get DT'ed a lot which leaves a lot of room to just spam SG's and rape face. As Mike said when I'm warmed up my aim is very good and I can turn a clan war into a 2 shot fest if I want (I tend to struggle like 70-80 ping unfortunately).

And Juve, if you want to help you can. I don't know where you've been but Mike told me you helped us in January so feel free to help out.

Let's also consider though this is all based on the willingness of all members to..not all members want to clan war and that's fine by me. But for those of you looking to improve your game a littler bit I'd like to try this.

 

Oh hell yeah man Me and Juve were a pro team back when we cw'd together too.

If I could I would LOVE to help, but I do not have P meds i am poor. I do fine without them anyways. My birthday is april 9th so I should be getting some money for pmeds, around the end of quilfieing. Hope you guys do make it in, You guys can go far. =D

 

If you want to clan war competitively you'll need pmeds. Everyone has them during cw months... unless u plan on hunting ez beaner clans at 3 am. If you're a beast (like me) you can get away with 3 packs (4 dollars/ 40 coins). But if we do actually participate in the tourney i'll be getting full p meds and probably a pioneer.

Well obviously if people can beat you without pmeds THEY SUCK. I need to get back to proness been questing to much errrr. Also I probaly will not go for the tourney this time, but i also have good cwers in my clan. If you ever need an extra couple of cwers just sk me and ill send them to help you

Well there is going to be a tourny.

I cant play 1st or 2nd round due to having a band competition that very day. So yeah this sucks. =/
