It's a good idea but you need more solid rules.

such as equipment level, prem, no prems, meds, no meds, stuff liek that. An example:

Clan tournament:
Entrant rules: Must be lvl 15 or higher.
Equipment restrictions: Lvl 15 equipments or below
Med availability: No. If you are seen suing a med, you will lose by default.
Maps: Battle Arena
Rounds per match: 3
Premiums: For the sake of fairness, premiums are NOT allowed. If you are caught using them in the match (youll be allowed a chacne to switch upon first notice), you will lose by default.
Other rules: Have fun ^^
